This week has been a really great week for me as far as staying on track. I have stayed within my points most days so far and I plan to continue as much as I can through the weekend. So I definitely should have a good weigh in on Monday. I have also worked out 4 days and plan to work out today so I know that will help me out a lot.
One thing that has really helped me stay on track this week has been to keep reminding myself of my monthly weight loss goal and how I want to have a good weight loss on Monday. I also keep telling myself that the only way that I am going to lose this weight is if I stay within my points and it has motivated me to be more mindful of what I’m eating. Several times this week I could have given in to cravings and overindulged, but I chose not to.
Also, after some confusion and frustration, I finally have an appointment for a ct scan of my throat this afternoon. I’m hoping that it shows something that could be causing my pain, because at this point if it doesn’t then I don’t know what it could be. My throat is still hurting and it’s making it difficult to eat normally and I’m having to be careful of what I eat because it hurts so much. So I guess we will see what happens. I doubt I will know the results of the ct scan today so I’m hoping to find out by Monday or Tuesday and we will go from there.
