For those of you in the United States, I hope you had a great 4th of July! We actually didn’t do much because my husband had to work, so it was just a normal day for us. We did take the kids to play at a park and yesterday we went to a parade but other than that, it was pretty uneventful for us.
I haven’t done very well with staying on track this week and I’m really disappointed in myself for that. I get so easily off track and once I’m off track it’s hard to get back in the groove of things, so I tend to stay off track for a few days. I’ve been tempted with a lot of ice cream to help soothe my sore throat, so that definitely isn’t helping me at all. So today I am doing everything I can to get back on track. Even though I am going out of town with my sister today, we have a plan for supper and I will be staying within my points.
This week I exercised every day except for Thursday because the Rec Center was closed for the holiday. I am planning on going to work out this morning before I leave to go with my sister. I want to stay as consistent as I can with my work outs, so if I miss a day I will make it up. And in this case I’m adding in an extra work out because I have eaten so poorly this week.
Anyway, I wanted to share with you all that I have decided to start a Youtube Channel to share more of my weight loss journey and share my ideas and tips with others. I only have 2 videos uploaded so far but I plan to do more videos very soon. I plan to do a grocery haul this week after I get groceries and I have some great ideas for other videos as well!
