We went on a mini vacation this past week and got home on Sunday. I was not on track at all during vacation so on Monday at my WW Workshop, I chose to just check in and not weigh. I didn’t want to see the number because I knew it would mess with my head and I wanted to get back on track and move forward.
So I started the week on track and yesterday I went to the gym and it felt great. I was a bit tired afterwards but I just need to get used to working out again. I plan to work out today and tomorrow, but Friday I will be busy so I won’t get a chance to work out. But I plan to try to get in a work out this weekend to make up for it.
I’m feeling positive about this week because I have all of my food planned out and I’m really determined to have a good loss at my next weigh in. I am still having throat pain but I have an appt to see another ENT doctor on August 20th to have an ultrasound done of my thyroid so I am hoping that I will get some more answers and we can figure out what we are going to do. I am feeling hopeful that this new doctor will be able to figure out what is wrong with my throat and if it is the thyroid, then hopefully we can get it taken care of.
