Wow, I can’t believe it is the end of September already! This year has flown by so fast and it’s crazy to think that harvest is just around the corner and my husband will be getting busy in the field soon. So I thought I would post an end of the month update and share what I am currently doing with WW.
Since I’ve been off track on and off for the past few months, I have gained some weight and I weighed in this week and had a huge gain and came to the conclusion that I need to go back to attending WW workshops. I feel like I need the accountability of having someone to weight in front of and the support of the meetings, so I have changed my WW plan back to what it was. I am going to start attending workshops on Saturday mornings starting this coming Saturday. I hope that it helps me stay accountable and stay on track. Since it is almost harvest time, I am usually tempted to take the kids out to eat during that time since my husband isn’t home, so I am going to do my best to sticking with my meal plans and eating at home.
I went to work out yesterday since I am not able to go to the gym today, but I plan on working out the next 4 days and hopefully on Saturday I will have a good weigh in and get my weight moving in the right direction. I feel like I’m in a good mindset right now and I’m going to use that to continue on my weight loss journey so I can be successful. I know this year has been kind of a bummer for me since I have gained some weight back, but I’m not going to let that stop me and I’m going to keep moving forward.
