It seems like I have made a habit of rarely posting on this blog but I really want to keep updating it so I have a record of my weight loss journey that I can look back on. I went back to attending workshops and attended my first workshop in two months, so I am proud of myself for getting back to it. I am attending Saturdays now and I think that will work so much better for me. For one thing, the workshop is first thing in the morning and I love the idea of being weighed in the morning. And it also falls on a Saturday so I find that it will be easier than having to weigh in after the weekend is over on Mondays.
I have also heard rumors about changes to WW and possible different plans that we will have to choose from and I’m really excited. Supposedly it is supposed to roll out on November 11th, so I am looking forward to that. One of the plans is just like Freestyle the way it is now, and the other two plans will have different 0 point food lists and give you a different amount of daily points. So I am planning to switch to the plan that has the lower amount of 0 point foods and higher daily points. I just find that with Freestyle, I don’t eat a lot of 0 point foods so having only 25 points a day really is hard and makes me feel hungry a lot of the day. So I’m hoping that switching to the new plan will help me feel like I get more eat, even though I know that some of the things that I eat now that are 0 points will count as points. But I think it’s a mental thing of knowing that I have more daily points that I can use however I choose.
So today my plan is to get my meal plan ready for the next few weeks and go grocery shopping. I am also going to plan out all of my meals this week and pre-track them so that I will know what I’m eating every day and be able to stay on track. I am really determined this week to have a good loss so that when I weigh in on Saturday I will feel like I made the right choice going back to attending workshops and that I am on the right track again.
