I hope you all had a great week! I know that I definitely did. I had to take my son to a doctor’s appointment in the city, so I got to do some shopping and we ate at Charley’s cheesesteaks for lunch and it was so worth it! I had saved up all of my weeklies for this trip and I planned ahead where we were going to eat and what I was going to order so it worked out very well.
I stayed mostly on track this week, only going over my dailies a couple of days. I weighed in yesterday at my WW Workshop and lost 2.8 lbs! So that brings my monthly total to 8.6 lbs and we have two more weeks to go for the month. So I’m feeling really excited and confident that I have started the year off on a really good note and have really kicked off my weight loss again. I am determined more than ever to make this year great and to make as much progress towards my goal weight as I can.
This is the year that I turn 40 and I want to make a good amount of progress by my birthday which is April 16th. I would love to be under 200 lbs by then so that is my focus right now. If I can lose at least 3 lbs a week, then I will reach that goal. So this week I lose 2.8 lbs which is really close to that so it shows me that my goal is realistic and if I continue to work hard then I can get there. I am going to continue to work out on my treadmill 6 days a week for 40 minutes. This past week I only did 5 days because there was a day that I had to run errands with my daughter in the morning and by the afternoon I was out of energy. I was proud of myself because on Tuesday when I went out of town, I got up at 5:30am to work out, so that I could make time for it. And that’s just what I need to continue doing if I have a day where I am busy, just get up earlier to work out.
So I’m heading into the new week feeling really confident. I have planned out and pre-tracked all of my meals. I found some new items to try and if I like them, I will post about it in my next blog. I also got a couple of ideas for some low point snacks on instagram that I’m excited to try, so I will let you know what they are and how they taste in my next blog as well. Have a great week!
