I have had a fantastic week! Today I weighed in and I lost 7lbs! I definitely know why I did and I will say that your mindset really can make a huge difference in your weight loss. This week I have really worked hard on focusing on being consistent every day and keeping a positive attitude about weight loss and food. And that has obviously paid off and it makes me feel really good and happy about my progress.
So as I had mentioned in my previous blog post, I had come up with a plan to help me be more consistent and accountable. So this week I started putting a daily goal checklist in my planner for each day, so that I can check off each goal that I accomplished that day.

As you can see, I have made some consistent goals that I can work on each day including: waking up by 7am, exercising for 40 minutes (3 days a week), eat breakfast, follow my meal plan, drink 80oz of water and go to bed at 10pm. I feel like all of these goals are attainable and will help me be more consistent with my weight loss. I was going to set a goal to work out 5 days a week but I realized that I would get easily burned out, so I set the goal for 3 days (M, W, & F) to make it more realistic. That doesn’t mean that on the other days I don’t do anything, because I spend a lot of time outside with my kids and easily get in 10,000 steps every day.
So I am feeling really great about what I accomplished this week and I am now down a total of 23.4lbs and counting. I have all of my suppers planned out for next week, I just have to finish planning and tracking all of my breakfast and lunches so that I will be ready to have another great week!
