I forgot to post my weigh-in last Friday, I was just really busy and distracted by other things which I will get into later in this post. So the past week I didn’t do as good as I hoped, but I know that it is because I didn’t follow my meal plan exactly and I overate a lot of the days. So I was actually expecting a gain, but since it was a loss, I will take it. At least I am moving in the right direction but it just motivates me to to do better this week.
So on Friday our washing machine broke and I was really frustrated and annoyed because I normally do at least one load of laundry every day, so I didn’t know if we would be able to fix it or if we would have to get a new one. I searched on google about the issue and found others that had the same thing happen and found some videos that explained how to fix it. So I ordered the new part we needed and thought it would be a simple fix. But when my husband got home from work he looked at it and pointed out that the screw was broken and part of it was still in the washer. So I looked online again and found that in order to get the new part put on properly, we would need to replace the next part so we would be able to attach the wash plate. That would mean we would have to take the whole machine apart and I needed to order another part for it. So my husband and I decided that we might as well attempt to fix it and if it didn’t work out, we would either call someone to help or buy a new washer. So this week we are just waiting on parts and my husband took the day off on Friday so we can have plenty of time to work on it. So hopefully on Friday we will get the washer fixed and I will be able to do laundry again. In the meantime, I took some clothes over to my parents’ house yesterday and did three loads of laundry.
Other than the issue with the washing machine, I am trying to make this a good week. It is the last week of February so I want to have a good loss so that I can end February on a good note. So I am working hard to follow my meal plan and so far I am doing well. I am confident that I will have a good weight loss this week and can start off the month of March determined to make it even better.
