Most of you have probably heard about two ingredient dough. I’m not sure exactly where it originated from, but it is basically a dough recipe using equal parts self-rising flour and plain, nonfat greek yogurt. Typically it is used for pizza dough but I have seen people using it for many other things. I love using it as a pizza crust and I make it at least once or twice a week. Since plain, nonfat greek yogurt is 0sp on Weight Watchers, the only points for the crust is the flour which is usually 11-12sp per cup, plus whatever toppings you put on it. So this dough is very popular with the Weight Watchers community right now.
